The DC-CAP On-Campus Representatives Program launched in Fall 2002. DC-CAP college juniors, seniors and select college staff members will serve as official representatives. These paid representatives serve as peer advisors and mentors to freshman and sophomore underclassmen. The representatives regularly meet with the underclassmen to assess their academic and financial aid standing, provide moral support, and encourage them to work closely with DC-CAP and focus on staying in school.
