In the event of an emergency, financial aid issues or other enrollment concerns, DC-CAP college students are encouraged to call the DC-CAP Toll-Free Student Hotline. DC-CAP retention staff members will be available to respond, advise and assist students with questions or problems:

If DC-CAP college students have questions or need to relay information to the DC-CAP office, information can be e-mailed directly to the DC-CAP retention staff. Students can also send and receive notices, inquiries and other pertinent information via DC-CAP's Web site.
