DC-CAP believes that parental/guardian involvement is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and ensuring student success. Therefore, parental education and support is a key part of DC-CAP's program. DC-CAP provides multiple parent workshops and information sessions throughout the year to assist parents with college application questions, financial aid and college enrollment information.
